The SphinEx Medical Clerkship:
The SphinEx Medical Clerkship runs for one month, available throughout the year. Participants can choose to rotate in Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Neurology & Neurosurgery or Pediatrics & Neonatology, working alongside experienced tutors in Egyptian University / Teaching Hospitals. The program is designed to strengthen clinical skills, enhance patient-care understanding, and expose participants to the realities of healthcare systems in a global context.
Social Program:
SphinEx believes that medical education extends beyond hospital walls. Alongside your clerkship, you can join an optional social program, with trips scheduled during weekends or after the end of the program. For those in specialized clerkships, extended post-program trips are available, including a Nile Cruise between Aswan and Luxor and a Red Sea retreat in Hurghada. From visiting the Pyramids of Giza and the Egyptian Museum to exploring vibrant local markets and tasting authentic Egyptian cuisine, you’ll experience a true balance of learning and discovery.
